Goturn
Built for property maintenance teams

Track every turn from the unit you're standing in.

Goturn is a mobile-first turn tracker for the tech in the field and the PM at the desk. Mark a part used — the inventory updates. Mark a unit done — the whiteboard updates. No spreadsheets, no second screen, no end-of-day reconciliation.

Used in production today by maintenance teams managing real properties.

Whiteboard

See every unit at a glance. Fix the right one first.

A single screen shows every unit on every property — what's done, what's in progress, what's stuck, and what's about to miss its move-in date.

  • Move-in jeopardy is automatic. Any unit within 2 days of move-in that isn't done gets a red border and a flag. The PM doesn't need to remember.
  • Status carries meaning. Five fixed states: Not Started, In Progress, Waiting on Part, Waiting on Vendor, Done. No custom workflows, no field clutter.
  • Day counter shows what's slipping. Each open turn tracks how many days it's been open. Stale turns surface naturally.
Inventory

Mark a part used. The inventory updates.

No second app, no end-of-day reconciliation. When the tech marks a part installed in a unit, the truck inventory decrements. When stock runs low, every unit that needs that part is flagged automatically.

  • Three consumption types cover everything. Countable (blinds, outlet covers), bulk (drywall mud, paint), sized (Blinds 36in, Carpet pad). No custom formulas.
  • Atomic decrement. Two techs marking the same part in the same second won't double-spend. Server-side row lock, offline fallback preserved.
  • Out-of-stock guard. If you mark a part used and the truck is empty, the unit shows Waiting on Part automatically.

Mobile-first

Built for the unit, not the desk.

The work happens inside the unit, on a phone, with one hand. The other hand is holding paint, a drill, or a roll of carpet pad. Goturn was built for that situation first — not adapted to it.

  • One tap does something useful. Tap a status chip, status changes. Tap a part marker, the part list opens. No "select then act" patterns.
  • Swipe between views. Whiteboard, Units, Inventory — one swipe each, like flipping pages.
  • Installs as a PWA. Add to home screen on iPhone, opens like a native app. Works offline for reads, queues writes.
